Shipping, return, exchange, international orders
1. What methods of payment are accepted?
Currently, Khan El Kaser accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, America Express, MasterCard, pre-paid gift cards Internationally
Cash on delivery is applicable only in the UAE and Lebanon and if you chose COD from any other country the order will not be confirmed and will be canceled within 48 hours.
2. How long does the delivery take in Lebanon and UAE or international?
- In Lebanon, delivery takes 2 to 3 days.
- In the UAE, it takes 1-3 working days.
- International orders are shipped from the UAE with DHL and will take 3 to 7 working days maximum.
3. Can I cancel my order?
When an order is placed on Khan El Kaser we begin processing the order immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. We’re unable to cancel or change an order once it’s submitted, But we would love your feedback why you want to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. Why I can’t place my order?
You need to have billing information as per your bank and in English only, spending too much time on the checkout page will increase the risk of error in the payment as the website will detect fraud or delay on payment page.
5. What happens if a product is backordered?
Should an item on your order be out-of-stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.
6. What are your delivery options?
In the UAE and Lebanon, we have our own carrier we deal us, if international your order will ship via the USP or DHL.
7. I received damaged products, what is your return policy?
Defective and/or damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of delivery in order to be replaced. Please notify us by email at info@Khanelkaser.com and send a photo of the damaged goods with a description of what is defective/damaged.
8. I returned my order, where is my refund?
Khan El Kaser will issue a refund within 14 business days of receiving and processing your returned order in our warehouse.
9. Where do I ship returns?

10. Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Khan El Kaser do offer gift wrapping once requested in the notes on the order confirmation page.
11. I am an international customer. Where can I purchase your products?
Khan El Kaser is rapidly expanding internationally. Check out our Store Locator and enter your city or postal code to find locations, or email us directly with your info and your address at info@Khanelkaser.com to see if we can ship it to you directly and give you the exact shipping rates.
12. Do you accept international credit cards?
Yes, Khan El Kaseraccept international credit cards.
13. Can I purchase 1 or 2 products from the bundles?
No, you'll be given every item that's included.
14. Will I be receiving a gift on my birthday?
Sure thing. You'll receive your gift if you subscribe. We will send you an email that includes all the info on your special day.
15. When do items restoke?
If any item is out of stoke it will be restocked in 30 working days if not more you can send your inquiry to email@example.com.
16. Where can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number as well as a link to track your package.
17. I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Are you sure that details are correct, and the payment is processed successfully? If that is the case, kindly send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your inquiry and contact details.
18. My order shows delivered, where is it?
With the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation, please contact your local DHL or UPS (depending on which carrier delivered your order) for any further delivery details. If you are unable to locate it through the carrier, please email Khan El Kaser Customer Care at info@Khanelkaser.com

Creating A Khan El Kaser customer account allows you to store billing and shipping information so that you do not have to enter it every time you place an order. You can also see all purchases made after logging into your account. To create an account, simply enter your information here.
2. How can I recover/change my password?
If you cannot remember your password or need to change your password, simply click on the “Forgot Password” link on the account log in page. You will need to enter the email address associated with your account and click the submit button. After clicking the submit button, you will be emailed a “reset password” link along with direction as to how to recover or change your password.
